the location is great it is near the river front. the room was large it was clean i liked that water was refilled every day
the wifi connection was not strong in the room i could only stay connected near the door. the bed was not comfortable there were two mattress protectors they did not fit the mattress well

i enjoyed how close everything was. walking to the river took like, a minute. the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast had so many choices. the room was pretty quiet too, which i appreciate when i sleep.
the shower didn't have a shelf. it made putting my stuff down a little difficult. i had to bend to grab things.

the breakfast was good value and had an excellent selection of items.
the rooms had thin walls so i could hear noise from the neighboring room. the fire alarm system was excessively loud in the rooms and the staff didn't know how long the test would last. there was also a strong smell of petrol in my room one night.

the breakfast had good selection and accommodated lactose-free options, i guess. i will give them that.
the ventilation was poor in the room i stayed in. there was no air conditioning. i had to open the windows , but nobody bothered to fix the issue.

the location worked perfectly for me. it was central, and a quick walk brought me to most areas (i really enjoyed the riverside walks). the bedroom i had was big, with everything clean and tidy. breakfast had a good selection, and i found the staff lovely.
the sink tap wasn't big enough, and i found it difficult to use (it was quite frustrating, actually). plastic cups were provided for toothbrushes. the air conditioning wasn't working well, and there was no tv control in the room, a minor inconvenience.

The location was awesome! the room had great blackout curtains and a comfortable bed. Staff were polite. housekeeping staff were also excellent. I appreciated the space in the room.
the shower cubicle was small, though i think a shelf for shower items would really help. bending down was quite uncomfortable.
